Jan 22, 2016  Unable to connect and access JBL Flip 3 device on Windows 10. Method 2: Install the Bluetooth drivers in Compatibility Mode. Please follow the steps below for more information: 1. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties. Select Compatibility Tab. Its been only one week i bought the jbl flip 3. I bought it from japan and brought it in Bangladesh through my cousin. After using it from the 1st day, i have been facing the problem, its taking 'auto restart' even though having enough charge left on the speaker.

3. Right on the “Bluetooth adapter” option and click “Uninstall’

4. Download the latest Wireless network adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

Further if you still face the issue, try installing the Bluetooth drivers in compatibility mode and check if the issue persists.

Method 2: Install the Bluetooth drivers in Compatibility Mode.

Please follow the steps below for more information:

1. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.

2. Select Compatibility Tab.

3. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

4. Click OK and run the setup.
